Gurde ki pathri ek aam samasya hai jo kayi logon ko pareshan karti hai. Yeh pathri calcium, uric acid, ya doosre tatvon ke jamav se banti hai, aur yeh samasya ko dur karne ke liye log kai tarah ke ilaj talaash karte hain. Ayurveda aur kai prakritik chikitsa paddhatiyon mein kuch aise gharelu upay hain jo gurde ki pathri ko nikalne mein madad karte hain. Aise hi ek upay hai - Chickpea Salad.
Chickpea yaani chana ek poshak tatvon se bharpur anaj hai. Yeh protein, fiber, vitamins aur minerals mein rich hota hai. Kuch studies ke anusaar, chana mein mojud magnesium gurde ki pathri ko rokne mein madad karta hai.
Chickpea Salad Ka Recipe:
Samagri:
Safed chana (soaked overnight) - 1 cup
Kheera (cucumber) - 1, finely chopped
Tamatar (tomato) - 1, finely chopped
Pyaz (onion) - 1, finely chopped
Hari mirch (green chilli) - 1, finely chopped (optional)
Nimbu ka ras (lemon juice) - 2 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya (coriander) leaves - for garnishing
Namak (salt) - to taste
Kali mirch (black pepper) - to taste
Vidhi:
Chane ko acchi tarah se boil kar lein.
Ek bade bowl mein boiled chana, kheera, tamatar, pyaz aur hari mirch ko mix karein.
Ismein nimbu ka ras, olive oil, namak, aur kali mirch daal kar acche se mix karein.
Upar se dhaniya chidak kar serve karein.
Is salad ko roz khane se gurde ko swasth rakha ja sakta hai aur pathri ke chances kam hote hain. Magnesium gurde mein calcium ke jamav ko rokta hai, jo pathri banane ka mukhya kaaran hota hai.
Nashpati:
Agar aapko gurde ki pathri hai ya iska khatra mehsoos hota hai, toh doctor se salah zaroor lein. Chickpea salad ek preventive measure ke roop mein kaam karta hai, magar agar pathri pehle se hai toh medical intervention ki zaroorat ho sakti hai.
